Kayla Weber and I would love you to join us for a magical week of connection, healing, and rejuvenation.  Our intention is for you to have a week full of adventures in nature with the elements together with the group and with yourself. You will be practicing twice daily yoga and meditation, learning breath work techniques, swimming in the ocean, having ceremonial bonfires on the beach at sunset, experiencing forest bathing, absorbing vibrations from sound bowls, receiving reiki energy and acu-detox healing, and relaxing and exploring in nature. These ancient practices will help you connect with your inner joy and authenticity. There will be time for optional adventures including hiking, surfing, kayaking, zip-lining, night hiking, rafting, scuba diving, snorkeling, biking, chocolate making tours, horseback riding, sauna, massage, and more. You will be immersed in nature and beauty to heal and awaken your spirit. All your healthy and nourishing vegetarian meals are included so you can relax and enjoy.

Jen began her path of personal development in 2007 when she fell in love with yoga and then meditation. She came to yoga to try something new, not realizing this was the beginning of a journey of transformation. Jen enjoyed how yoga and meditation gave her access to the present moment and helped her create a more joyful way of being.  She remembers having a moment when she realized that she could grow, change, and create a different life for herself and is willing to help others in knowing the same. Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and other practices became the avenues to create lasting transformation and abundance in her own life. She started teaching yoga in 2015 to share her love and lessons and to create more meaningful connections.
