REIKI Energy Healing:

Experience unique healing sessions that combine a variety of different energy modalities. These sessions harmonize the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Techniques include channeling light to your chakras, organs, mind, meridians, aura, and other places needing balancing. Jen will assist you in connecting with yourself on a deep level and providing access to expanded awareness, inner peace, gratitude, and joy. Sessions are conducted lying on a table, fully clothed, and are about 1 hour long. Relax, rejuvenate, and restore your entire being. A single session is an extraordinary experience and multiple sessions have a cumulative affect and bring great healing.

  • Jen models the ability to raise your vibration and she gives you the tools (journal questions, meditations), personal coaching and unconditional positive support to live a more intentional, joyful life at the highest vibration possible.
