Kayla Weber and I would love you to join us for a magical week of healing and rejuvenation nestled in the jungle and by the sandy beautiful beaches on the Caribbean side in Costa Rica.  Our intention is for you to have a week full of adventures to connect to nature, yourself, the group. You will be practicing twice daily yoga and meditation, learning breath work techniques, swimming in the ocean, having ceremonial bonfires on the beach at sunset, experiencing jungle forest bathing, absorbing vibrations from sound bowls, receiving reiki energy and acu-detox healing, and relaxing and exploring in nature. These ancient practices will help you connect with your inner joy and authenticity. Renew your mind, body, spirit to come back into balance and harmony. The healthy food and practices will help you detox and destress.

Location: The Tierra de Suenos Retreat & Wellness Center is located in Playa Chiquita, 6 kms from Puerto Viejo de Talamanca. A serene and lush jungle hideaway on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. Our resort sits between the pristine Costa Rican beaches of Playa Chiquita and spectacular rainforest. For many looking to experience ecotourism Costa Rica has been their top choice.

Adventures: There will be time for optional adventures including hiking, night hiking, surfing, kayaking, zip-lining, swimming with the dolphins, rafting, scuba diving, snorkeling, biking, chocolate making tours, waterfall hikes, medicine man tour, jaguar rescue, horseback riding, sauna, massage, and more. You will be immersed in nature and beauty to heal and awaken your spirit. All your healthy and nourishing vegetarian meals are included so you can relax and enjoy.

Beaches: The Caribbean side of Costa Rica is host to some of the most beautiful rock free beaches in all of Costa Rica. At our location you have the choice of the a variety of beaches for whatever you heart desires, surfing, jumping the waves, relaxation, stand up paddle and more…

Prices for the week: Prices include lodging for the week, twice daily yoga and meditation classes, two special workshops, sunset bonfire ceremony at the beach, all beautiful local meals, transportation from to/from the airport, and optional acu-detox and Reiki session. Flights are additional.

Cancellations prior to 8/1/24, are refundable less a $500.00 fee. Cancellations are non-refundable after the final payment is due 8/1/24. Your spot is transferable to a friend if you can’t make it. We will rebook
it if we are able. We would refund you less the $500.00 booking fee.

Daily schedule:

7:30 - 9:30AM: Morning circle with yoga, meditation, breathwork, and variety of other healing modalities including journaling, sound healing, sharing and more.

9:30 - 10:30AM: Breakfast and free time

10:30AM - 5:30PM: Beach, rest, surf, or adventure time. Some days will have optional group events like forest bathing, Reiki, special workshops, and more.
Lunch included times will vary depending on the day.

6:00 - 7:00PM: Sunset dinner

7:00 - 9:00PM: Evening circle: A combination of slow flow yoga, yoga nidra, sound bowl healing, restorative yoga, meditation, and/or yin.
