This led her to a deep dive into studying consciousness and in follow her passions for personal development from a new angle. She is a force of strength and empowerment to her clients and helps them to know a life beyond what they believe is possible. Jen relates to her clients with a compassionate approach having done so much personal development work herself. Jen has 700+ hours of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness training. She will forever be a student, taking new trainings and exploring new styles and teachings. She shares her love of personal growth through wellness life coaching, meditation courses, energy work, leading workshops, and retreats. You’ll also find her enjoying playing in nature, having adventures with her family, gardening, traveling, visiting the ocean and anything French.
